a/c to my knowledge just acquired
test plan is written in the beginning itself that is after
we get requirmetns
this will be a documented and as we get the new info from
development we will be updating the info in the test plan
why because if we dont do test plan first ,how can we tell
how much time it will take for testing what ever phase we r
testing

The test plan will be prepared in various stages in a V
Model.
The UAT Test plan will be prepared at the requirement
analysis phase as one of our friend has said and the System
test plan will be prepared during the High Level Design
Phase. The integration test plan during the Low Level
Design phase.
