Oracle HRMS maintains four type of information
1. Applicants data
2. People ( Employees )
3. Assignement Data (Employees Work Related Information)
4. Payroll Data.
So we can define below given flow for HRMS
Candidate -> People -> Assignment -> Payroll

other.
Say one custom flow may be like this: People Enter and
Maintain Screen-->Adress-->Phone numbers.
