Requirement At Each Stage.
Example :- Random Audit, Inspection, Internal/External Audit
Test Case Design is Reviewed by Test Lead.
Test Case Execution is Reviewed by Test Lead.
Bug Report & Test Repor Review by Test Lead or
Project Lead.
