I have 2+ experience in manual testing but I can not use
any bug tracking tool. I use excel sheet & mail that sheet
to developer now I wan to change company is there any
effect.

NO, that is not a problem.
Every organization have their own method of working.
You are following your company strategies and methods.
so, no problem you can shift to new company just need to
assure them that you will grasp new techniques soon.

I think it is not problem. You can log bugs by anyway. It's important, you have to keep track status of bug.

No effect man...u can shift to a new company!! But, think
twicw before shifting. Competetion is very high in the
market. If u think u have enough skills that u can survive
in any company, then u can surely shift to a new
