Dedicated Testing is needed by the non-developers because :
1. Developer's mindset will always says that everything
he/she creates is working. But Test engineer [Non-
developer] mind set always says that every the devloper
codes doesn't work. So what we need is Test engineer's mind
set to remove the bugs if any in the product.
2. Early you pick out the bugs the cheaper it is for your
product development. i.e fixing a bug in the design stage
is far far cheaper than fixing a bug in post implmentation
stage at customer site.
