Hello, I have some queries reg the H1 visa, I did my Bachelors from India in Computers, worked there for 3yrs and came to UK to do my masters in Business Management (MBA). I am now looking to apply for H1 in 2009 and do Oracle HRMS. I heard some where that a Masters degree in UK is equivalent to 2years of work experience ( as i don't have enough work experience). HI, I am nithi,I had Completed MBA with HR and Systems in 2006 Sept.my undergraduation is BSc Computer science.I have 1 year and 6 months of Exp in US Recruitment working only for Oracle Requirements.Now i am Undergoing Oracle HRMS Training from Oracle University.Its a 15 days course after completing this course i will become a oracle certified consultant.My question is, 1)how is the future of this course because i paid huge amount to do this? 2)After completing the course can i mention i have 2 yrs of exp in Oracle HRMS or i want to apply as a Oracle certified consultant with MBA ? 3)what is the Starting salary minimum for oracle certified consultant?

Hi, I have 3+yrs of HR experience & completed Oracle HRMS Functional Training in Bangalore(Not Oracle Certified). Is there any possibility of getting an entry level position(as a Fresher/Junior/Trainee Consultant)in Oracle HRMS field or Please advice me, how to proceed further to get a job in Oracle field ?
