whenever the application or product is defect free system.then we stop the testing.

Testing is long process ,it has'nt been stoped because it is
continuous proces. thats testing is never ending process.

The testing can be stopped when
1. when we running out of time
2. If budget crosses the limit
3. It depends on the project and release
