Ex.If the product serves our purpose well.

If a product meets all the requirements of Customer/Client,
then the product called as quality product.So the quality
is defined by customer/Client.

Obviously the testing team will defines the quality of a
product as they will do their job for the purpose of
quality.
After releasing a product to the customer then customers
will define qulaity of a product/Project
