i have 6 years of experience in both Sales and Customer
Operations fields, and while performing in the trade line
support department i enhanced the activation process and
minimized the AHT (average handling time) from 45 minutes
to 20 minutes where we gained very good customer
experience, minimized cost (per agent/hour) and also
minimized paper work.

MY biggest achievement is when i completed my 1 year in IBM
DAKSH and got promoted for Sr CCS i work hard for this
acievement. it was a realy a
big achievement for me because i worked hard.and i have
lack of confidence to fullfill my achievement..that was my
biggest achievement in my lif....

Many years ago, Steve made the commitment that he would find a away to enable children with disabilities to not only take advantage of the great outdoors, but to embrace it.
Born with a severe form of cerebral palsy, Steve Wampler set out to climb the biggest rock face in the world, El Capitan in Yosemite National Park. At twice the height of the Empire State Building, Steve attempts to do 20,000 pull ups over a 6 day period, sleeping on the sheer face of the mountain and over-coming enormous fear in order to accomplish this monumental task. On top of all the other obstacles, Steve has the full use of only one limb, his right arm. Because of his tremendous accomplishment, now hundreds of disabled youth get to attend outdoor wilderness recreational experience at no cost to their families!

generally for a mankind goal changes with his life
stage.when we are kids we have different goals.but as we
grow,our goal also get modified or completely changed .when
i was in the college i goal was to be a rank holder in the
collerge so that my college will fell proud and see me as a
assert to the college. i worked very hard to achive this
but in the first year of my graduation i cannot able to
achieve it.i feel very bad about thisbyt i donnot lose hope
as well as my teachers.the motivate meand make me believe
that i am not the less and made me aware about my
capabilities and in the next year i topped my college.i was
very happy.i felt as though i have given a big credit to my
parents as well as to my teachers.now though i have
different goals,i still feel my college rank as the biggest
