No, we can not connect equipment earthing with body earthing because in case of earth fault , current will also run in the body via equipment earthing system and will damage other equipments which are installed over the Transformer.

Is there a standard depth of gravel fill in Substation Switchyard? Please give a design/drawing. Thank you.
