dumpy level is double bubble instrument and levelling is slightly difficult than compare to auto level and the oldest instrument is dumpy level. the clearance of the object is less than compare to auto level
auto level: the instrument is latest and the consisting single bubble. the clearance of the object is high than compare to the dumpy level
