How many stones require for 1200 Sq ft house..

It depends on calculating total no of walls
for 1 sq.ft brick work it requires 10 bricks

let us assume brickwork for 1000sq.ft
30% deductions will be reduced for rcc,doors,windows
etc...
so it require minimum of 12000-15000
