It could be initial phase when requirement gathering, it could be have defects in design phase, it could be developing phase. so u have defects and u r going to delivery your product to the clients, its make sense, we all agree thats not a good idea. So bring QA guy who find out the defects and u fix it , then u go to production. u happy, customer happy your goodwill increase, your business will be grow.
