Approval Hierarchy, automatically routing the document for approvals.

Approval Hierarchy 2 types:
1) Position based: Here we need to define the Employee details (by using the Enter Person window) and position of the Employee for approvals.

2)Supervisor based: Here we need to define the Employee details only, no need to define position of the employee.

in interface and conversion if 10 records are error out we can't load the records?if >10 we have to insert,if we not insert we need to gernerate error how u can achieve?
