Approval Hierarchy 2 types:
1) Position based: Here we need to define the Employee details (by using the Enter Person window) and position of the Employee for approvals.

2)Supervisor based: Here we need to define the Employee details only, no need to define position of the employee.

why do we go for oracle apps technical other than sap and other packages?
