Answer / p.appala raju
In isocratic same mobile phase composition is used for separation and same polarity is maintained through out the process of seaparetion.
In gradient mobile phase is lower polarity is gradually increase the polarity of the mobile phasethrough the process.

Answer / aditya
In isocratic technique we use single Mobile phae having same polarity throughout analysis
while in gradient technique we use more than one mobile phase having different polarities
and in gradient program the mobile phase ratio must be change with respect to time so it is flow gradient
if the mobile phase ratio was not changed with respect to time it is treated as isocratic elution
