Custom calculation is calculation done by waters softwere instead of validate excel.By custom you calculate the results online, assay,RS, single point and profiling dissolution.For this calculation we make some field and we add std, SPL wt and other required details. Initially it difficult but then it was very easy, time saving and error less calc.
