iam using ph instrument lab india make.3ponit and 5point.in calibration time 3point slope will com..

Answer / firoj m. mulani

It is simple,we know pH is inversally praportional to the Mv
ie If pH is Increases mv is decreases.
then, for calculating the slope at 5 point a simple formula
as below,

Mv1.68 - Mv4.01*100
---------------------
pH4.01 - pH1.68*59.16

Mv4.01 - Mv6.87*100
---------------------
pH6.87 - pH4.01*59.16

for next point's,formula as above
if 5 point pH it gives 4 values came of slope.
