we have check injector precision fore that standard area is not vary every injection and check rsd % and this is a part of system sutabilty therefore system working proper without any error.

In asaay method the std was injected 5injections ,we have to check the std area repeatability coming or not and % of RSD with in the limit or not .we have to check system is properly working .
