Rotor emf is induced at slip frequency.
Rated slip ranges from 2% to 5% in normal induction motor's and can be as low as
0.5% in heavy induction motors to reduce the losses.
Hence rotor emf frequency will be s*Fs where
Fs= stator frequency.

how is the leakage current flow only through guard wire (when guard wire is connected in the circuit)????
