How to O2 analyzer works?
Answer / gurram
O2 Analyser works on the principle of Paramagnetism principle.
This analyser contains two cylindrical chambers one reference
chamber and the other one is sample chamber. In the sample
chamber a permanant magnet will be fixed. In both the chambers
there will be pre defined heated ring resistors will be placed
which forms a wheatstone bridge. If the process gas without o2
passes in both the chambers. As there is no o2 the bridge is in
balanced condition only.If the process gas contins o2 flows
due to magnetic effect the flow in the sample chamber will
increase and there is a unbalance in the temperature of the
ring resistors. The difference will be processed and displayed
as percentage of o2 presented in the process gas.

What is Difference between Bench Set & Operating Range of Control Valve?
If a differential pressure transmitter is calibrated for 0~2500 mmH2o and transmits a 4~20mA dc signal. The transmitter is placed across an orifice plate which is sized to create 2500 mmH2o differential at 5000m3/Hr a) what is the flow rate when the transmitter signal is 13.0mA DC? b) what is the signal output of the transmitter when flow rate is 2500 m3/Hr ?
