If the slab thk. is 150mm,Bottom Bar dia - 12mm & top Bar dia - 10mm & Top Bottom Cover to Bar - 20 mm , Spacing between Bar is 200mm
width of chair +(Slab Thk.-Bottom bar dia.-Top Bar dia.-covet to bar)*2 + (300) *2


Then 800+(150-12-10-20-20)*2+(300*2)
=800+(88*2)+(300*2)
= 800-176+600
= 1576 mm

Practicaly, it should be min.500mm or atleast 3 no. of
rebar should be rest upon the same whichever is higher to
be considerd.
