consum more energy than eletronic choke electronic choke
save 40 to 50% energy save

normal choke contain huge no
of coils. it posses high
inductance and low
resistance.so this type of
chocke work work on the basis
of self inductance.
but the electronics chock
contains some circuits
components.they increase the
frequancy of ac to much
highter value.

In Normal choke copper loss is high and operate at low pf. Hence it consume high power for same output while electronic choke operate at high pf and loss is negligible .
