The responsibilities of a project engr is to get the job completed in time and ensure that job be carried out in confirmity with some standards and specifications

Coordinate with other agencies clear the way/route before execution.
After the planning part is over define the role & responsibility of sub staff/junior/executer so that they don't mix in the same field or job & create problem. If some special type of project is there then highlight the portion which ever need extra care, during execution work to be check that work is going in right track.

We know that, in case if there is a faulty insulation,or sc, the current is bypassed to earth through the earth wire that has low resistance.Actually, what will happen to that current that flows through gnd?In that case,if we come in contact with that faulty appliance, wont that current flow through us as we form a closed path by standing in gnd?Is grounding a safety measure?
Hello, I am just preparing my self for a university interview and struck on the 11kv ring main unit system network. I just know that ring main unit has total three breakers, fuses and use to supply a power to any load/ building without any interrupt. But i am not be able to visualize the connections, either Ring main unit getting power from two different power sources? or there is always one feeder in complete ring circuit??? I would be highly thanks full of you help me.
