Crushing Strength is only compression load is applying this test commonly using in vertical loads or building

Impact Load is Sudden loads this test is normally using road or railway works due to vehicle loads

crushing test helps to determine the aggregate crushing value of coarse aggregates as per IS: 2386.

Impact test is done to determine the aggregate impact value of coarse aggregates as per IS: 2386 (Part IV) – 1963.
