first of all open the two nos screw than check interlock if
bypassed, than PULL the card.

If the Card is redundant then there will be no problem to change the failure card. if it's non-redundant cards then please follow the Kunal instructions.

DCS card can change very easily because the DCS system would be redundant means each Nodes having a Stand by That is why if you want change DCS card you can when you will change the card another will come online by its self all are in automation system.
