DROOP in reference to any governor control, is the amount
of allowable "sag" from the desired set point, or speed. A
generator operated by itself and islanded, would be allowed
to be operated with either droop or no droop. The only
exception is that two generating sources are not allowed to
both be at zero droop. Unless their governors are directly
communicating with each other, as in Woodward 2301A systems.

WHEN TWO TURBINES ARE RUNNING IN APLANT IN ISALND MODE THAN ONE IS IN DROOP MODE ANDONE IS MASTER MODE.
AS THEIR ARE GOVERNERS FOR EACH TURBINE. SO WE MAKE ONE GOVERNNER FUNCTIONING AS MASTER EHICH OPERATES AND MAINTAIN ONE TURBINE FUNCTIONING AT A DEFINE DPARAMETER ,BUT THE SECOUND DRROP MODE TURBINE WILL FOLLOW THE MASTER AND WILL FOLLOW LOAD
