cascade means series connections between two circuits having output from last port with having result as output by matrix multiplication between last port and output of second last port.

when the no of instrument are casacade connection then the
input is given to 1st instrument and the output of first is
given to input as 2nd and so on this tyoe of connection is
called casacade
