ok look, there is no ring provided at the junction of
column and beam as per sp46 code. another thing what ever
rod obtain from design of the structure asll bar pass
through the column. please refer sp46 code for your
clearance.

how much overlap i must to provide in column 16mm dia bar and if i want to save steel by doing welding then how much over lap must be?
