NP2 is RCC hume pipe for light weight traffic
NP3 is rcc hume pipe for medium duty traffic

np2 pipe withstand 4kg/cm2 pressure
np3 pipe 6kg/cm2

In case of a beam ,main steel is provided along the longer span because, bending moment is directly proportional to length but why in case of one way slab main steel is provided along shorter span while as bending takes place along longer span?comment
