plcc is a latest version of pcb..in pcb we cannot change the input and outputbut in plcc we can change input and output..

In plcc there is a microcontroller tat can operate the machines like access control ,lift etc........

In case you don't have coal and salt for earthing, how can you achieve good temporary earthing?
