(near to 10mva) the cooling method forced air will be
started. but the interview questioner was refused my
answer. so what will be the answer?.

i dont know what tha nterviewer expected from you. but this is
it. the transformer automatically switches form its 8mva capacity to 10mva capacity as the load increases. for this extra load or increased load the natural cooling method can not be used and hence forced air method is used

What happen if 200KVAR capacitor continuesly connected to load and all the plant machinaries are not in working?
