Shielded cable is basically used for carrying analog signals
( mA or mV continuous signal ) to any controller ( PLC or
DCS etc. ) i.e. its required high accuracy. And we have to
minimize the signal noise creating be any kind of
interference. The shield is used for drain out this kind of
noise via electronic earth pit.

to device or connection .impedancen matching and proper
connection .application :connctor are conncted with cable .

Thermocouple is a transducer but rtd is not transducer why? Both taking heat as a input and giving mv
