Weather power factor correction needed for synchronous motors?
Answer / amit rajak
YES,
it has very important role in working of synchronous
machine or any electrical equipment or devices.
by power factor correction we balances the current and
voltage cosine angle and hence ultimately power factor
which is very neccesary for maximum efficiency of the
electrical machine
by balancing it we actually balancies the abnormalities
which is arising due to vatious faulty condition.
