single phase and three phase system both have the same
difference in between ground and neutral.
Neutral is the return path. ground play as safety wire while
excessive current flows through the system.

Neutral is return path with polarity equal to 0 whereas
earth is with negative polarity having value (-) infinit.

We in my plant one of the transformer showing neutral to earth voltage is 22V how to solve it
