Dear Prasanth,

Please rest assured that your control network is good you
only have the problem in your open network. Thats the
reason that your plant functionality will not be affcted
but you can not download in to HIS0163.

Please follow the below procedure and let me know the
feedback...

1) Check the IP address of HIS0163. It should be :
172.17.01.63 and subnet mask : 255.255.0.0
2) Check for corruption of ethernet driver : (Right click
on my computer---> Go to device manager---> Check for
ethernet driver corruption).
3) Go to run.... Type CMD and give folling command...
ping 172.17.01.63... You should not face any dropped
package.
4) Go to run and type: \\172.17.01.63 or \\his0163
You should be exposed to common shared folder CS1000
5) Disable firewall in HIS0163.

7001/7002 is the code that your ENG STATION is not able to
find HIS0163 in the network.

* As a default setting, due to some group policy setting ..
Connection with blank password will be denied access. So
try to have a common administrative password for HIS0164
and HIS0163 and for operator USER NAME=CENTUM and PASSWORD=
CENTUM.

your suggession really helped

actualy firewall was turned on in HIS0163.
I TURNED OFF the fire wall and gave download,then it got
dowloaded successfully.

This means that HIS0163 is down and not connected to the
control network. Check Vnet/IP BUS1 and BUS2 connections and
the IP setting.

Once it's rectified , you should find HIS0163 in .SO (System
status overview).

Just found your solution here in this website.
Can I asked for other possible solutions. All 5 items you gave was checked and verified but still, i'm not able to equalize.

This is the error.

Equalize start. HIS1145
WARNING: Could not connect to equalize destination. (7001) Retrying. Number of retries = 0/1
ERROR: LdXopsLoadMain: connect error 10061
ERROR: Processing terminated due to connection error. (7002)
Equalization end with errors. HIS1145
---- ERROR = 2 WARNING = 1 ----
