Hv- High voltage Breaker which is gas(SF6 gas) insulated
breaker. While close the HV circuit by using breaker, High
spark appear and Very dangerous. so we r using SF6 breaker
We cant rack out, We shoud lock out the Earth switchs in
busbar side and line side. also close the panels, lock out
the panel.
LV breaker - Air circuit Breaker - we can rack out and Tag
out while perfoming the works in L1,L2,L3 lines
