I am a 17 yrs old indian student and i have applied for a us tourist visa but i have been refused visa six yrs back in 2001.The reason which was given to me at that time was that my father was not having sufficient funds. So i want to know that what necesssary requirements should i fulfil so that I could get a visa this time.
My friend send me an invitation letter to play a role in the festival holding at his restaurant for one week
we have allready taken an appointment but my spouse is not in a position to attend the interview for b1/b2 visitor visa as he is busy on a project.
I have both the C1/D visa and the B1/2 visa, which were granted on the same date and will expire on the same date. I no longer work for the airline anymore; will I still be able to use the B1/2 to enter the US? As a tourist? Thanks

helllo....i was refused visa twice at delhi consulate more than 2 years back under section 214b...i was a fresh passout from my college and wasnt employed...i wanted to go to US for my national board dental exam...i was rejected in may and july 2010 respectively...now i have been invited by Ny dental department to attend a conference in november 2012 (23-28th november) and present a presentation on the topic i reseacrhed in india after my graduation...i have received the invitation letter from them as well...i have registered myself for the confernce too... right now i am employed in various aspects:- 1. I run my own private dental clinic more than 1.8 years back 2. i work for aa rotary club hospiatl as a consultant doctor 3. I work for 3 private nursing homes as an on call dental surgeon. I have attended many conferences in india relating to my profession dentistry but not overseas.. and im engaged already in march 2012 and my marriage is in january 2013.... do i have a stronger case to apply this year an as i have faced the rejection scene twice im still afraid to apply again... and do i write marital status as single in application form Ds-160 or in others box with enagaged in it. thanks...

Hello evryone.i recently got rejected for b2 visa.my brother's wedding is in june this year and i wanna attend it.my parents have their visas.me and my oder brother went for the interview.we both are medical students.my elder brother who is gettin married is on h1 visa.the VO asked us wen ws the last u saw ur brother.we said 5 yrs.my parents applied last year for attending my cousins wedding.the VO told us tht we r young and unemployed and she returned our passports.and handed over the 214(b) leter.now we have reapplied and have our interview in a week.any suggestions plz..cause we r very eager to attend our bro's wedding.how to convince the officer.
hi .. i m kanwal singh . my brother university invite my family for the convocation and my parent get the appointment date but i m not get the appointment date because of the page cancel. tell me wht i m do .. either i shall go to invterview at differnet date or cancel the parent appointment date and further apply .. i m tottly confused or tell me the best suggestion wht i m do
Hi, I applied for B2 visa in Jan.. it was rejected.. i reapplied in april it was rejected again.. Should I apply for F1 now as I plan to takje up a course too.. or how long should i wait for applying??

I am now 23 years old and currently working as a Software Engineer in TCS,India. My current salary is over Rupees 4 Lakhs per annum(INR). My father who is LPR in United States has filed an I-130 petition for me in june 2003 in F2A category. Since my father is still not an US citizen(as he travels frequently to US), NVC shifted me in F2B category as per CSPA rules. After this, it seems that the case will still take 2 more years. I want to visit my sisters in US(they are US citizens). Should i applied for A US Business visa? I was rejected a business visa once in 2001. My intent is only to visit them for 3 weeks for a family get together.
