I am a 17 yrs old indian student and i have applied for a
us tourist visa but i have been refused visa six yrs back
in 2001.The reason which was given to me at that time was
that my father was not having sufficient funds.
So i want to know that what necesssary requirements should
i fulfil so that I could get a visa this time.

There must be a sponsor from US for your trip. The
sponsorer must be having at least bank balance of $10000 +.
You must be having a good employment in India which will
necessitate your returning to India. You must be
possessing properties/interests in India for managing which
your presence will be required in India --this is just to
convince the USA authorities u will return definitely after
the expiry of visa period. best wishes

Familiy income should be atleast 5.5L and above... besides
other savings which would cover your entire stay expenses
over there...

My friend in Nevada want me to visit him. He tried filing an affidavit of support at the Immigration and Naturalization Service there but the officer told him that I should be the one to process my visitor visa application with my own documents. Hi I have applied for visitor visa to US to meet my brother who is employed there.I have a minor child and aged parents who will be accompanying me on the trip.My husband has issued an NOC duly signed by him.I am attending my visa interview next week.As my husband is a businessman who is constantly in outstation, he will not be accompanying me for the interview.I would like to know whether there is a possibility of getting visa and what questions are likely to be asked in the interview. Hi; My aunt just got an interview at a US consulate in Dominican Republic and she was denied a visa in less than 2 minutes; the only question they asked was about her salary and she said was RD$20,000.00 (equivalent to around %575.00 US Dollars. she has all needed papers showing that she is financially good to pay for her trip but the officer was not satisfied with her salary. What should we do to get her a visa. actually she is a partner of the company that she works for but we need advise about this problem. thanks enrique
