Hello evryone.i recently got rejected for
b2 visa.my brother's wedding is in june
this year and i wanna attend it.my parents
have their visas.me and my oder brother
went for the interview.we both are medical
students.my elder brother who is gettin
married is on h1 visa.the VO asked us wen
ws the last u saw ur brother.we said 5
yrs.my parents applied last year for
attending my cousins wedding.the VO told
us tht we r young and unemployed and she
returned our passports.and handed over the
214(b) leter.now we have reapplied and
have our interview in a week.any
suggestions plz..cause we r very eager to
attend our bro's wedding.how to convince
the officer.

I am an army officer i applied for tourist visa last 2013 but got denied. During the interview i wear formal civilian clothes and not much questions was ask by the consul. I have relatives in the US as my contact person. What should i do to pass the interview and get the visa?

I (Me & my wife)applied for tourist visa on 19/5/2014( B2 Visa ) i booked a tour from thomas cook and i got rejection from US embassy counsulate and i want to ask my relatives ( cousine brother) are in usa. In2009 they send us the sponsorship at time we face rejection but this we apply from thomas cook tour i wanna to that how to convince counslate that we are not going to our relatives we are simply going on a tour and when i have to re apply again 3 months or 6 months? helllo....i was refused visa twice at delhi consulate more than 2 years back under section 214b...i was a fresh passout from my college and wasnt employed...i wanted to go to US for my national board dental exam...i was rejected in may and july 2010 respectively...now i have been invited by Ny dental department to attend a conference in november 2012 (23-28th november) and present a presentation on the topic i reseacrhed in india after my graduation...i have received the invitation letter from them as well...i have registered myself for the confernce too... right now i am employed in various aspects:- 1. I run my own private dental clinic more than 1.8 years back 2. i work for aa rotary club hospiatl as a consultant doctor 3. I work for 3 private nursing homes as an on call dental surgeon. I have attended many conferences in india relating to my profession dentistry but not overseas.. and im engaged already in march 2012 and my marriage is in january 2013.... do i have a stronger case to apply this year an as i have faced the rejection scene twice im still afraid to apply again... and do i write marital status as single in application form Ds-160 or in others box with enagaged in it. thanks...
I and my husband gave interview on 19th march. We were rejected due to financial tie. we hose bank balance of 42000.00 dhs in my account & my husband account 32000.00 At that time we were sendin Indi. Now we stopped to send there and doing saving here. We both are woking in uae. We are not interested to stay more in USA. Now our 2nd interview on 9th. I want to clear that. we want to go only for 15days. And heartly say that we are not interested for any type of staying more. I am worry about next interview.
