My husband and I both possess US visas and would like to travel soon. We would like to travel with our 7 month old daugther who does not have one. What is the possibility of her getting one so that we can travel together.

my husband is on h1b visa and brother is on h1b visa .my husband told me to come on h4 visa but iam not interested to stay in u.s .so my brother is sponsering me to come on visiting visa so that i can convince my husband to return back to india. will i get visiting visa.
How many children you have?
I and my husband gave interview on 19th march. We were rejected due to financial tie. we hose bank balance of 42000.00 dhs in my account & my husband account 32000.00 At that time we were sendin Indi. Now we stopped to send there and doing saving here. We both are woking in uae. We are not interested to stay more in USA. Now our 2nd interview on 9th. I want to clear that. we want to go only for 15days. And heartly say that we are not interested for any type of staying more. I am worry about next interview. I (Me & my wife)applied for tourist visa on 19/5/2014( B2 Visa ) i booked a tour from thomas cook and i got rejection from US embassy counsulate and i want to ask my relatives ( cousine brother) are in usa. In2009 they send us the sponsorship at time we face rejection but this we apply from thomas cook tour i wanna to that how to convince counslate that we are not going to our relatives we are simply going on a tour and when i have to re apply again 3 months or 6 months? Plz help us?
I have B1/B2 visa. I am needing to go to US soon and will have to take my 5 years old son too. Right now, my son doesn't have any US visa. I wish to know the procedure of getting visa in his case.
we have allready taken an appointment but my spouse is not in a position to attend the interview for b1/b2 visitor visa as he is busy on a project.
