Require Generator Capcity ( KVA ) for 3 Phase Motor having
4.7Kw with starting current of 16amps?
Answer / asif.k64@hotmail.com
KW=KVA*P.F
4.7=KVA*0.8
KVA= 6KVA approx
However the starting current is 16A hence we require a DG
of higher capacity.
This can be achieved by using a 7KVA DG.
