Calibrations not limited to 4,7,9.2 it's should cover ur
analysis range i.e. minimum to minimum and higher to higher
( 1.68-12.45)

Calibrations buffer pH range 0-14.If the drug choose in
acetic nature so the calibrated pH range 1.68 to 4.00
buffer.If the drug choose in alkali nature the calibrated
pH range 9.2 to 12.45. If the drug choose nutral range the
calibrated pH range 6.86 to 7.0 analysis range i.e.
minimum to minimum and higher to higher
( 1.68-12.45)

Beacause it covers acid,basic and neutral range but still it is not limited to this. the calibration should cover minimum to minimum and maximum to maximum which u r using in analysis
