Hi My Company initiated L1B for me.There is a spell change
in my certificates,my name is Thejomayi Kalla ,in SSC and
passport it appears same.but from intermediate to PG it is
like Tejomayi K.Will it be a problem during interview.Please
Advice.

My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . What type of visa should i reapply for ?

I have attended interview for L1 Blanket at chennai consulate.The below are questions i faced in the interview. 1.What is your role in the project? 2.what is your specialization? 3.how many years of exp in XXX company? 4.what's your client name? 5.How many are there working in US? 6.what kind of application are you going to develop? 7.how many years of exp you have in this project? For all the questions i have answered well.but they rejected my L1 Blanket Visa. Please let me know what might be the reason for rejection? and how long i have to wait for next chance? After HSC, I did diploma in computer application and technology (full time 2 years consist 4 semeseter) hence i got admission in Bsc[IT] second year then i completed 2nd and 3rd year and have my Bsc[IT] degree. Now I have education like: SSC + HSC + 2 years DIPLOMA + 2 years OF BSC[IT] 10+2+2+2=16 my question is.. am i eligible to file L1-B visa through my company? as per the rules US needs 16 years of education or 15 years education + 3 years of experience. but i dont have that much experience. so please let me know whether my education can be treated as 10+2+2+2=16 YEARS?
