Hi My Company initiated L1B for me.There is a spell change
in my certificates,my name is Thejomayi Kalla ,in SSC and
passport it appears same.but from intermediate to PG it is
like Tejomayi K.Will it be a problem during interview.Please
Advice.

Hi , My company has initiated for L1 Visa,however i have below concerns. I appeared for B.E final semester Exam in june-2009 and i cleared all subjects and passed in distinction,however since i was from Diploma i had arrears (Mathematics-1) which i cleared in jan-2010,Now my concern is ,I joined a company(present employer) in Nov-2009,but in 8th semester Markcard, university has clearly mentioned that "appeared and passed in 2010 january". As per my 8th sem marks, I have completed degree in 2010 and as per my company I have i have an experience of 2years 7months(since i joined in nov-2009). please advice me how to handle this.

HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. Now though my degree gives yr of passing as 2008 my total IT experience is 4 plus years. I need to go to US for project related work and my company is getting my L1 blanket visa stamped. Can i get a visa on the above criteria. Please let me know asap. any help would be appreciated

Hi i a mechanical Engineer graduate(non CS/IT) passed in 2007.I have an overall experience of 2 yr and 2 months in an IT Company.I am working since last 1 year in the current project.Am i eligible to apply for L1B blanket(My exp. is less than 3 Years).My manager wants me to travel to TEXAS but my company says it required 3 yrs of exp. for L1B blanket.If i am eligible then what is the chance of getting my VISA approved?? Yesterday (22nd Oct) I had my L1B visa interview. The consulate rejected my VISA stating that I should go for L1 invidual VISA or H1B Visa. He just asked me 4 to 5 questions and then started writing something on the computer. The questions were: 1)My employer 2)My education: BTECH 3)My client , inidan salary and salary in US 4)the team size of project in India and in US. I had told around 50 in India and around 10 in US. I gave all the answers correctly. Can you please let me know the following: 1)what could be the reason of rejection ? 2)What should be the time gap before filing for L1 individual VISA again. 3)What are the chances of rejection of L1 individual visa? 4)What care should be taken next time during VISA interview? Hi, I have both B1 and L1 valid visas.I will be travelling to USA next week on Business trip for a duration of 5 weeks on B1 Visa. Q1.Will there be any problem to my L1 visa as I am holding it now and travelling on B1 visa? Q2.Will there be any problem in future if I go on long term on L1 visa? Please clarify my doubts.
