I am working for Tata group IT company having more than 5000
Employee (Not TCS), I was having L1B in 2005 but I never
traveled to US, instead my company send me Europe from where
I return back in 2008, eventually my L1B got expired in
2009. Now my company again filed my L1B and my interview
scheduled next week. What will the impacts of my previous
unused VISA?

If L1 visa got rejected.Is there any time frame required for reapplying it? Once it got rejected,ll it be less chance of getting it again?
I have done Diploma in Mechanical engineering. I am going to attend interview for L1 VISA. Earlier I had worked in 3 companies and there was a gap of 6months in between. Do we have to face an interview for L1 visa or we just have to post all are documents and passport and if we are eligible they will stamp visa and mail it back to us????
