Hi My Company initiated L1B for me.There is a spell change in my certificates,my name is Thejomayi Kalla ,in SSC and passport it appears same.but from intermediate to PG it is like Tejomayi K.Will it be a problem during interview.Please Advice.

Hi I have joined a reputed MNC in June 2010 and now wants to travel to US for project related work. My company will be processing the L1 Blanket visa for me and under this category are there any restrictions like I have to be in that company for the last 1 year, because my overall tenure with my current company is only 7 Months. Hi i a mechanical Engineer graduate(non CS/IT) passed in 2007.I have an overall experience of 2 yr and 2 months in an IT Company.I am working since last 1 year in the current project.Am i eligible to apply for L1B blanket(My exp. is less than 3 Years).My manager wants me to travel to TEXAS but my company says it required 3 yrs of exp. for L1B blanket.If i am eligible then what is the chance of getting my VISA approved?? Yesterday (22nd Oct) I had my L1B visa interview. The consulate rejected my VISA stating that I should go for L1 invidual VISA or H1B Visa. He just asked me 4 to 5 questions and then started writing something on the computer. The questions were: 1)My employer 2)My education: BTECH 3)My client , inidan salary and salary in US 4)the team size of project in India and in US. I had told around 50 in India and around 10 in US. I gave all the answers correctly. Can you please let me know the following: 1)what could be the reason of rejection ? 2)What should be the time gap before filing for L1 individual VISA again. 3)What are the chances of rejection of L1 individual visa? 4)What care should be taken next time during VISA interview? I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103. My question is that,will there be a problem, if the visa officer asks me what are the other universities that I applied apart form this?

Hi, I am from Non-IT background(B.E(EEE)). I have 1 year 10 months experience in the current project as well as my overall IT experience is same. I have attended interview for L1 Blanket at chennai consulate.The below are questions i faced in the interview. 1.What is your role in the project? 2.what is your specialization? 3.how many years of exp in XXX company? 4.what's your client name? 5.How many are there working in US? 6.what kind of application are you going to develop? 7.how many years of exp you have in this project? For all the questions i have answered well.but they rejected my L1 Blanket Visa. Please let me know what might be the reason for rejection? and how long i have to wait for next chance?
