I have already appeared for the L1B visa and my L1B visa got rejected, now after how much time i should apply for the same case. Whether there would be any problem if I go for the same category once again. Pease advice...

Yesterday (22nd Oct) I had my L1B visa interview. The consulate rejected my VISA stating that I should go for L1 invidual VISA or H1B Visa. He just asked me 4 to 5 questions and then started writing something on the computer. The questions were: 1)My employer 2)My education: BTECH 3)My client , inidan salary and salary in US 4)the team size of project in India and in US. I had told around 50 in India and around 10 in US. I gave all the answers correctly. Can you please let me know the following: 1)what could be the reason of rejection ? 2)What should be the time gap before filing for L1 individual VISA again. 3)What are the chances of rejection of L1 individual visa? 4)What care should be taken next time during VISA interview? Hi, I am working for India Company X, I had applied F1 Visa in the year 2008 and got rejected. In March 2011, my company had applied B1 visa (training)and it was refused again. I am associated continuously with the same company X since Jun 2005. My company had filed L1A individual visa petition which is approved from USCIS recently in the month of Jan 2012. I am planning to schedule my visa interview in the end of Feb or early March 2012. Would there be any issues at the US consulate-Mumbai because of these multiple rejection? Please suggest me what are the chances of getting L1A approval.

My Wife is working as Software engineer in one of the leading IT company , she already have approved L1 VISA , her company did not make use of it , we were trying to transfer her to USA directly through her company it does not seem to work , still not confirmed , now i am planning to bring my wife as depenedent(H4) to me , as i am in USA with H1 VISA , we have confusion , my wife not willing to resign until H4 is stamped , my doubt here is ,1. will a company allow to me apply for dependent VISA when she is working in a company ? 2. If they allow to process , if in case H4 is stamped ,she did not resign from job , if her company agrees to send her to USA using the same old company;s L1 , is it valid after getting H4 stamped ?
