I am admitted in University of Colorado, Boulder for the
telecommunications program along with some scholarship. My
GRE is 1410 and TOEFL is 108 and a aggregate of 65% in
engineering. I have reecived 4 other admits and only one
reject(Had applied only to 6 univs.) I have to elder sisters
, both are in the US., one is Green card holder and other is
on H1B status. I am planning to take my interview date next
month . I wanted to know what are my chances of Visa with
this background? And if Rejected within how much time can I
re-apply for the Visa??

Irrespective of having yoru sisters in USA, your chances of
getting visa seems to be very high because of your academic
profile. so dont worry about that part. just face the
interview with confidence.
there is no time restriction to re-apply. you can apply
immediately as and when you get the next date of interview
appt.

i have taken 6 1/2 yrs to complete my Bachelors in mechanical engineering with 56.5 % and 31 backlogs. GRE score of 1150 and TOEFL 100. I have sound knowledge though in mechanical design and CAD concepts which i plan to do MS in..?? Do i have any chance ti get an F1..? What would the V.O ask me..?? I then completed my swift course in NIIT which was a four months course and in midway appeared for the TOEFL exams. I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. Also if I still sit for an interview and they reject me, is it true, that i will never ever get Visa again.
hello everyone.i have been rejected thrice for in ma interview last year in da month of december,,n m again planning to apply for august 2011.last tym i had appliedto da university of central oklahoma,,its cost was $16000 after getting $2000.i had shown property of abt may b nepali 7 crore,n had bank blc of 40 lakhs n hav monthly income of abt 35 lakhs,all documents r original,,ma a levl grades maths-E, chemistry-E n general paper-b..dey rejected me once telling i had no intention of studyn,,,next property not enough,,n last tym also,da same,,,wat m i to do,,,is it bkoz of ma grades or property or wat,,any commenst plzz,,m dying over here,,like hell
