hello me shavi..today was my interview regarding f1 visa for
MS in IT....BUT i got rejection..The VO asked me..how many
university have u applied to?? i said one that is concordia
university wisconsin..den she said why u have not applied
more than one univ.i replied...i attended a seminar that was
organized by concordia univ in our city..where i submited
all my documents,den they approved my addmisson nd gave me
conformation letter,,,so den i didnot feel any need to apply
for another univ....then VO asked......a long lec..nd in the
end she said...u r not a serious student.....now tell me wt
shud i do..if i apply again for interview nd wannna to apply
in more than 2 univ..den wt costs i have to bear......i also
have not given any TOEFL nd IELTS coz dese r not required
for concordia univ...suggest me wt to do now if i apply
again for interview...

It is really unfortunate that you did not get the F1. I
suppose you still have time to apply again.Meanwhile you can
find out more about the CU getting more information about
your course and specialization. And get more information
about other universities as well. And describe why you
choose to apply only at CU rather than other describing in
depth contrast to VO. You could also mention that you
prepared for the gre/toefl but did not take it as it was not
mandatory for admission.

what are the questions they ask generally
I have finished with my TOEFL(106) & GRE(1120) exams in 2008. my toefl score is expired. i just gave my toefl exam without any preparation..that's why i dont think that i will get good score this time. i just want to know is that if i will low score(sure that i will score in between 80-90 then TOEFL ibt going to cross check my score or not..

So, should I file his application for F2 (that is the dependent VIsa) with me F1 application or fill it later once i get approved for F1 and then go for drop box option? My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do

HELP my visa interview was on 21st dec...n i got denied reason being that my siblings are there. I have been to South Africa(SA) on a holiday and i missed placed my passport in SA and after that i came back to india with a Transit visa. Now i applied for a new passport and my passport carries a stamp stating that my passport was lost in SA. So my question is that does the VO ask anything about this issue and what would be answer??
Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant
