Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago
(December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last
time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in
the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored
and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are
going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So
the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and
please give me some possible answers. Thank you! Some info
about me I'm a Computer Science graduate, I am a Webmaster
and I run my own business and I sponsor myself for my
Masters in Software Engineering.
1. Why this University?
2. Why did u change your University, (Why not apply to the
same University)?
3. Why did you wait two years to re-apply?
4. How will u pay for your second year class? (I have enough
account for the fist year only i.e. $25,000)
5. your bank book shows huge amount of money entered within
a week...would you explain that?
6. What will you do after graduation? (I've a Business, with
a Business license, and will continue my business...add if u
have any answer)
7. Why Software Engineering?
8. Why this School (Colorado Technical University)?

My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do

i have taken 6 1/2 yrs to complete my Bachelors in mechanical engineering with 56.5 % and 31 backlogs. GRE score of 1150 and TOEFL 100. I have sound knowledge though in mechanical design and CAD concepts which i plan to do MS in..?? Do i have any chance ti get an F1..? What would the V.O ask me..?? Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). Secondly: This time sponsor ship will come from my side (I ll manage that). If you guys have another inputs then please temme ASAP. Thanks in advance.

hi am harry and i have a doubt regarding visa .my gre score is 1120 and my toefl is 85 and ma academic background is 60% of average with 17 backlogs.the problem is will they reject me for having 17 backlogs ?? am really worried cause i was not knowing all these things b4 i applied.i came to know this today from my senior who had only 4 backlogs and he got rejected two times will i get rejected ?? and if not how should i handle this when they ask plss anyone help me its my life i worked hard to get into this realizing my future
