I am admitted in University of Colorado, Boulder for the
telecommunications program along with some scholarship. My
GRE is 1410 and TOEFL is 108 and a aggregate of 65% in
engineering. I have reecived 4 other admits and only one
reject(Had applied only to 6 univs.) I have to elder sisters
, both are in the US., one is Green card holder and other is
on H1B status. I am planning to take my interview date next
month . I wanted to know what are my chances of Visa with
this background? And if Rejected within how much time can I
re-apply for the Visa??

Irrespective of having yoru sisters in USA, your chances of
getting visa seems to be very high because of your academic
profile. so dont worry about that part. just face the
interview with confidence.
there is no time restriction to re-apply. you can apply
immediately as and when you get the next date of interview
appt.

if some one miss his semster in USA university then what is the right process to go mind it they have vaild USA student Visa for 3 years and he is in pakistan.

If one is rejected once does this affect his/ her second interview.are chances less in the 2nd one 2 get visa.

Hello all, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and I have a minor with me.So, should I file his application for F2 (that is dependent Visa) with my F1 application or fill it later once I got approved for F1 and then go with drop box option? Three years back my friend's brother had attended visa interview. Eventhough his all documents were perfect than they wat to be, VO didnt gave visa to him. He told that VOs just reject visa to get more money for visa office as it costs more than 100$ each time to register for interview. Again he applied with the same documents but he got visa....is it true....they just reject visa for the purpose he told........pls give me a genuine answer.....
