HI iam from delhi . my VISA rejected Twice . i applied SSU california . I have done MCA & 3 year Exp wid IT MNC. now i want go for MBA. Got my I-20. 1st time due to some SEVIS issue but VO said u will not come back thats why i cant issue visa. Iam showing 3 crore 88 lac rupees in my CA statement . 2nd time VO said u have enough Qualification so u dont need MBA ... my frnd already got Visa in same university. plezzzz soem 1 help me ... Hi..i have done B.E in E.C and then worked as QA eng for 9 month.I have no work ex for 8 month as i was preparing for gmat and toefl also planning for further study.I am now going for MBA from Rutgers uni,camden.What i shd say if they asked me why i am not working since last 8 months?My Gmat score is 530/800 and toefl ibt score is 84.What r my chances of getting visa?

HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.
Hi i was rejected for F-1 visa at Chennai consulate on 9th of July 2008, i hope, i was rejected in the case of my backlogs, they are 13, and now am planning to take the visa interview again, so what would be my answer if they ask me " why u have been rejected for the first time "? and " Why these many backlogs" ?
